A Project Favorite

As someone who’s always been drawn to visual media, I’ve found that my favorite projects allow me to create and design social media videos and graphics. There’s just something about working with colors, typography, and imagery to convey a message that speaks to me. One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is finding just the right copy to accompany a campaign. It’s a challenge, but it’s also a lot of fun to see the pieces come together in a cohesive and effective way.

One of my projects was creating a script and video for a mock campaign. I started by writing a creative brief as a guideline for my campaign. I needed to choose a brand I would feel good about and a product or service to promote. Once I learned about Canva’s new education creator’s program, coming up with my target audience was easy.

One of the fun parts is brainstorming. Brainstorming is a key part of the creative process, and I find that it’s where some of the best ideas emerge. This technique lets us freely explore all potential ideas and solutions without any judgment or worries about whether it’s possible or not. It helps us to step out of our comfort zones and think outside the box, leading to really unique and game-changing concepts.

I’ve personally found that brainstorming is where some of the best ideas tend to come up because it lets me be creative and explore new perspectives. The hard part is the decision process. Sometimes, brainstorming gives you so many good ideas that it’s hard to narrow down to just one.

Once I could decide on the campaign slogan, I created a script. The important thing I learned was research. I read everything I could about the company and its program to better understand and understand what the company’s objectives would be in their promotion.

The fun part was creating the video. Canva has great branding colors, so designing was a lot of fun. I did have to make sure the video I created was based on my script and that the social media posts matched the look and feel of the campaign.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in social media marketing and graphic design, which has allowed me to develop a strong skill set in these areas. Recently, I have also focused on improving my professional writing skills, significantly enhancing my ability to succeed professionally. By incorporating effective writing techniques into my marketing and design work, I am better equipped to effectively communicate my ideas and messages to the intended audience. This will increase engagement, conversions, and overall success in my work.

Looking forward to the future, I feel quite confident about my various projects. These projects have given me a wide range of skills that have prepared me for many opportunities. I am excited to see what the future holds and to explore all of the different paths that may be available to me. The experiences gained from my previous projects have instilled in me a sense of versatility and adaptability, which are crucial traits when navigating the ever-changing landscape of the professional world.

The projects I have completed didn’t affect my future plans, but they have opened my eyes to various possibilities. Overall, I’m grateful for the opportunity to work on projects like these, and I’m excited to see where my interest in design and communication will take me in the future.
